Columbus Townhall will be conducting a facilitated session intended to develop some organizational consensus as to our group's mission, priorities, organizational structure, individual responsibilities, etc.  This meeting will be conducted on Saturday, February 21.

The meeting will be held in the 12th floor conference room at 88 East Broad Street, just across from the Statehouse.  This building sits on the northwest corner of Broad and Third Streets.  Despite the Broad Street address, the entrance is actually on the Third Street side.  The parking garage under the Statehouse is available.  Lots of parking meters one block north on Gay Street, though parking meters are operational on Saturday.  Bring a pocketfull of quarters if you're going to use them.  Recommend Statehouse garage.

We have the conference room reserved from 12:00 PM till 3:00 PM.  We ask that all Townhall members attend if at all possible in order to provide your own recommendations as we try to set a course for our group.  PLEASE ATTEND AND MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD.

IMPORTANT - If you are hoping to attend, please post a reply here, inclusive of your name, as there is building security in the main lobby and we need to provide them on Friday February 20 with a list of those who will be coming to the building Saturday.  If you don't want your full name appearing on the website, you can also click on the "E-Mail" icon at the bottom of this posting, enabling you to send me a confidential e-mail.  Just make sure we have your name so security guards can check it against their list when you arrive.
Please reply here, or see message above, which enables you with a click of the mouse to indicate your ability to attend.

Thanks

Count me in. Pete is it possible to schedule this meeting on the calender, with an e-mail reminder sent 24 hours in advance of the meeting for all scheduled people? BTW, Minuteman, do you really want that name? You might try something a little more flattering.

It was a great meeting, expertly facilitated and we got a great deal done.  Will distribute March 2 at the Townhall Meet-Up, and we'll be posting notes from the meeting to the website.

Cool, I was running late dropping the halfling off, at least I've got her to actually READ about the candidates rather than being a mind numbed zombie, so I couldn't make it.
