Due to time constraints and my inability to provide maningful help as the meetup organizer, I am stepping down as the meetup organizer.

I would like someone here to take the reigns, if at all possible. There have been a few liberals that have been taking the organizer spot for every available meetup so that they can send out liberal mass emails to the members of each meetup. I would hate to see our meetup group led by a commie whacko.

Looking forward to your reponses.

I can do it.  Just show me how.

As a job it's a bit too high-profile for me, but I'd be happy to help the PrimeMinister in any way I can.

Speaking of which, how many are coming this Tuesday night?  Sound off, folks (I never register at Meetup, and I assume lots of others don't either).

Like the last meeting, I'm unable to attend due to a schedule conflict.

It's quite simple. I will step down and nominate you as the replacement organizer. All it involves is scheduling the meetups. You have the discretion to set them at any time, place, or frequency as you like. You also have the ability to mass email everyone that belongs to the meetup group and to set up special events, such as, I don't know, a Ken Blackwell fundraising dinner?

You can do much more with this system to promote Columbus Townhall than I have taken the time to do. Hopefully, we can bring this group to the place where we all once hoped it would be.

Well, I wish I could be at the meeting...a really bad time of year for me.  I hope to see you all in April.

The hell you say... A Ken Blackwell fundraising dinner? Why. that's a great idea! Why hasn't anyone thought of this already? I nominate the new organizer to lead up this effort at once!
