The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said Charles A. McCoy Jr., 28, should be considered armed and dangerous. Investigators did not provide a hometown. McCoy drives a four-door, dark green 1999 Geo Metro with a black hood, the sheriff's office said. The Ohio license tag is CGV7387.
