Bush's New National Healthcare Plan?

There's a rumor circulating from the GOP that George Bush is going to try to lift his poll numbers and change the subject by offering a bold new cradle to grave national health care plan in his State of the Union speech tonight.

Apparently, as rumor has it, there has been a big fight between Bush's advisors who want the plan included in  the speech, and GOP conservatives who think its horrible.

No one seems to be sure which way its going to go.  Some say there's three versions of the speech circulating: a cradle to grave nationalized health care plan, a mutant socialist-capitalist plan that is control by govt, but administered by companies, and no inclusion of a plan at all.

Unfortunately I won't be able to watch the speech live, but will catch the re-run later in the night.
