Back to DeWine....12 years of stunning non-accomplishments. No big leadership ideas...all babysteppin legislation and limited support to President Bush. Lets take one issue:

    1) ANWR: Here's where DeWine votes Three times against drilling leases up on
                   this uninhabitable 2000 acres of the Coastal Plains.The exact same
                   argument was made 30 years ago by liberals like DeWine about the
                   transalaskan pipelie and the Northslope oil.Every listed objection was
                   wrong back then and the environmental wack-jobs of today are
                   wrong now.ANWR is of course not the single solution to Americas
                    energy
                   needs.....but it is an important augmentation and can be a powerful
                   "symbol" to a sorely needed national energy policy that puts Amer-
                   ica on the road to energy independence from the world oil cartel.
