Bard at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday (4/1) in 120 Mershon Center for International Security Studies, 1501 Neil Ave. Bard is a foreign policy analyst who lectures frequently on U.S.-Middle East policy and the director of the Jewish Virtual Library, the world’s most comprehensive online encyclopedia of Jewish history and culture.
