THIS SITE IS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SIGN THE
HEALTH CARE FREEDOM AMENDMENT
which aims to nullify the Obama-care mandate.

We're too short on time and do not have a warchest of funds. Technology is the only route we have to successfully achieve the 500,000 signatures we need to place the amendment on the November 2010 ballot.

This is important people.  After your candidacies, I encourage you to take this up as your #2 cause.  We need 500,000 signatures by sometime in July.  The main problem will be getting signatures in the "lesser known" counties.

I also encourage you to google "nullification and interposition" and brush up on your 10th Amendment.

Fellow patriots,

I am happy to announce that Deborah Lanata a member of our Central Ohio 912 has volunteered to be the coordinator for the Health Care Freedom amendment petition drive in Franklin County .

We are in need of petitioners and volunteers to help organize petition signing events and locations throughout Franklin County .

We are confident that the Ohio Supreme Court will rule in our favor and grant our writ of mandamus. It is hoped the ruling will be made by May 1st. If we are successful the task of obtaining over 400,000 valid signatures in 80 days is a challenge. Therefore it is imperative that we are positioned and ready to roll!

If we are successful in bringing the Health Care Freedom amendment to the ballot in November this will be a unifying and historic moment in the history of Ohio and America .

The Ohio Supreme Court today unanimously ruled Secretary of
State Jennifer Brunner and the Ohio Ballot Board abused their discretion
and violated Ohio law in rejecting ballot language for the proposed Ohio
Health Care Freedom Constitutional Amendment. The ruling is a significant
victory for constitutional initiative rights, Ohio’s grass-roots liberty
movement, and health care freedom in Ohio. The 1851 Center for
Constitutional Law, a non-profit constitutional rights advocacy firm,
argued the case on behalf of amendment sponsors the Ohio Liberty Council.

The court ordered Brunner and the Ohio Ballot Board to immediately certify
the language and allow the petitioners to begin collecting signatures to
qualify the issue for the November ballot.
