There are few things I hate more than posers.  Pseudo-intellectuals, like shadow and others, pretend to be experts on everything, including things they know nothing about.  Their posts drip with ignorance.

I love baseball, but I don't claim to be any kind of expert at it.  Visually, I can't tell the difference between a slider and a curveball.  I have been to more than half of the major league ballparks and a few minor league ones.   And I wish they would bunt more in the American League.

But, unlike the President of the United States, I can name at least a few players on my favorite team and I know the name of the park that they play in. 

And if you agree to throw out the first pitch...for the love of God, will you at least practice and get it over the plate.

He is a pseudo-intellectual, a pseudo-baseball fan, and a pseudo-President.  Sickening.
